Climbing up from the Warming Hut, a weird bug bit me just above the left knee. I just caught a glimpse of it before I swatted it away, black and yellow and flailing legs. The pain of the bite lasted a while, and there was a little red lump, but now it's back to normal. No idea what it was.
GG Park has the worst roads I've biked on in the Bay Area, which is why I hardly ever go through there. Every once in a while I'll go anyway, just to remind myself how lousy it really is.
