My lower back ached for the last 15miles or so. Just a dull sort of ache. Weird.

Morning ride through the Presidio, across the bridge, up the Headlands, down the other side, through the tunnel, back across the bridge, along Crissy Field, and along Embarcadero to my (new) office.

This is my first ride out of the city in months. The office has a shower. I should be doing a lot more of these.
