From the office, Embarcadero, Crissy Field. Stopped at Sports Basement to stock up on drink and goo. Up to the bridge, down to Baker Beach, up to the Legion of Honor, then home along Lake St.
I wasn't feeling as strong today so I didn't push too hard. Must be old age.
