The current plan is to increase my mileage by 25 miles every week until time constraints make that impossible (somewhere between 200-300 miles), then increase weight on the bike. The weekly schedule will look something like:
- Tuesday, Thursday: medium-sized morning rides.
- Saturday, Sunday: longer rides in Marin.
- Monday, Friday: TAC classes as the gym.
- Every day: at least one ride through the Presidio.
