From home in LIC to Central park. Around the big loop 2 times and back. Reallly felt the cardio today, my right lung under my rib cage was hurting a bit but settled down. My left calve spoke to me a bit but muscles seem to be doing ok. My left knee slightly pangs once in a while but I think it's ok. I need to ice it but keep forgetting! And I need to start some strengthening exercises but really don't like gyms so am thinking of expanding my home workout... we'll see. I could do a free week at a gym and see how it goes.

Wow, you sound old.
I've started a home routine of pushups, abdominal exercises, and squats, morning and evening. We'll see how long that lasts.
Cool... I've been doing sporadic pullups on the frame of the doorway between living room and bedroom but need to add a whole routine.
