Weight: 170
Loss: 5 lbs. ?
I weighed myself and I'm at 170. I'm not sure if I was 175 exactly 2 weeks ago but I weighed myself sometime between then and a month ago and weighed that. At one point a couple months back I was at like 180! So I feel like I'm on the right track and the biking and eating right is working... I'm just going to go ahead and say I lost 5 lbs. :)
A note on weight: Our scale makes us seem a bit heavier than we are, according to a friend who weighed herself but it should relatively sufficient.
Overall I feel pretty good with my first two weeks. I really need to do more strengthening and hope to mix things up playing tennis, etc. I always am concerned about my knees but they seem ok and the new oval chainring Dwight gave me seems to help... I need to get the bigger one installed but there are derailer issues.
