From home in LIC to Central park. Around the big loop 2 times and back. Slept in until 6:40 but ate quickly, got ready and was on the road by 7:05. My legs are fatigued and it was hard walking up the stairs in the subway but that's a good thing I suppose, meaning they're getting work. Cardio was tough but not that bad and no lung cramp issues. Hopefully I won't feel completely wiped out at the end of this week as I did last week.
